Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to partner with the Boutique Director in leading daily sales operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage staff, curate client relationships, and ensure flawless store execution within the brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail with management experience and flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
• Demonstration of own initiative.
• Ability to work multifaceted hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance And Team Management: Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily; Provide outstanding service to customers; Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates; Responsible for clientele development; Participate in merchandising displays and presentations; Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates; Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training; Facilitate communication between management and staff.
• Clientele Service And Management: Coordinate sales promotion activities; Train the team on capturing and developing personal customer databases.
• Product And Stock Management: Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, RTVs; Participate in inventories; Monitor pricing; Minimize stock losses.
• Process Management: Oversee compliance with Company policies; Solve problems affecting service and productivity; Lock and secure the store; Handle other tasks as assigned.
