Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Director in daily store operations and sales leadership. You will coach the sales team, open/close the boutique, and drive customer service excellence aligned with Christian Dior standards.

Responsibilities include managing merchandise, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring policy adherence to maximize results.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and inspire the team to do so.
• Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
