Job summary

Christian Dior Inc. in San Diego seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Boutique Director in daily sales-team management and delivering exceptional Dior customer service.

This role requires luxury retail experience and strong leadership to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, open/close the boutique, optimize merchandising, monitor inventory, and ensure policies are followed to maximize results while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in luxury retail with managerial experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced store.
• Strong customer service focus and brand alignment with Dior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of the sales team.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and complete inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve maximum results.
• Increase sales and monitor conversion rates daily.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and build relationships.
• Train and develop sales associates in selling skills.
• Lead store meetings to discuss performance, training, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate promotions and signage for sales events.
• Monitor pricing and stock transfers/RTV processes.
