Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic group.
• Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Motivate and direct the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain exceptional customer service on the selling floor.
• Train and coach staff on Maison history, policies and product knowledge.
• Supervise boutique operations and payroll/commissions adherence.
• Develop new client relationships and manage VIP accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client journeys.
• Travel with clients to events and factory visits when appropriate.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and provide regular feedback.
• Foster community relations and engage with local business centers.
