L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Host for Costa Covo to greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate the dining experience. You will support luxury restaurant operations, maintain a clean and organized work area, and deliver hospitality with attentiveness.

Key duties include seating guests, managing OpenTable, assisting servers, restocking the host stand, and communicating special notes to staff. A guest-focused mindset and flexible hours in a Five-Star hotel are essential.

Qualifications

• Past experience in a restaurant setting preferred; not required.
• Able to complete a satisfactory background check.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for food and beverage and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and seat guests at tables based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Maintain luxury service standards and knowledge of daily specials.
• Manage reservations program (OpenTable) and contact guests as needed.
• Support servers and bartenders and restock host area daily.
• Communicate guest notes to servers and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies.
