Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Server to join Costa Covo, our luxury restaurant and bar, delivering gracious, attentive service reflecting the property’s sophistication. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell selections, and ensure a memorable dining experience with precise beverage and menu knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of serving experience in upscale settings, are comfortable with POS and cash handling, and can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional serving experience in a high-volume dining environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of menu, beverages, wines, and allergy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests, taking orders and processing payments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage program, upselling where appropriate.
• Set up dining areas, ensure cleanliness, and assist guests with special requests.
