You’ll partner with culinary leadership on menus, manage inventory and costs, and deliver memorable guest experiences through expert service and education.

Qualifications

• Proven fine dining beverage management experience.
• Strong team leadership and training capabilities.
• Expert wine and spirits knowledge with preferred sommelier certifications.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
