OVERVIEW: The job is responsible for: The Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the beverage service operation within Boca West Country Club, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. This role manages the beverage team, maintains inventory, enforces policies, and enhances member and guest experiences through expert knowledge of beverages and strong leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, SERVSAFE) preferred.
