Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the food & beverage team, exceed guest expectations, and uphold the highest service standards. You will supervise and train staff, manage dining room presentation, and drive sales while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of supervisory experience in upscale venues, strong communication and computer skills, and may have a hospitality or management degree or relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years supervisory experience in upscale restaurant.
• Flexible schedule and availability 5–6 days per week.
• Excellent communication and written/verbal skills.
• Hospitality or management degree (or relevant experience).
• Knowledge of JONAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff.
• Develop and implement programs to increase sales.
• Maintain budgeted food, labor, and supplies; control costs.
• Ensure dining room appearance and service quality.
• Ensure cleanliness of food and beverage facilities.
