Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a visionary Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead luxury dining across clubs, lounges, and outlets. The role drives strategic goals, translates them into actionable plans, and provides daily leadership to maximize revenue while maintaining uncompromising quality and service.

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will oversee budgets, marketing initiatives, and staff development, ensuring a consistent guest experience for discerning members and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in luxury multi-outlet restaurant group, hotel industry is required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant, and direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
• Experience in large-scale operations.
• Must be culturally competent and effective in a multi-cultural environment.
• Effective at presenting information and responding to questions from management, staff, customers, public groups, regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximization of food and beverage revenues and profits and guest satisfaction to meet strategic business plans in alignment with property goals.
• Implement programs and promotions focused on maximizing revenues in the operations and purchasing contracts.
• Monitor operations for maximum sales growth and profit potential while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Direct budget management, financial analysis, and marketing strategies to achieve short- and long-term profitability.
• Develop and reposition food and beverage concepts through design, marketing, and signature services.
• Stay abreast of national and regional F&B trends to lead the market against competitors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team with effective training and succession planning.
