Job summary

Omni Charlotte Hotel is hiring a Bellperson to deliver guest-focused service and build relationships with guests. You will anticipate and fulfil guests' needs, assist with luggage, taxis, and directions, and collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on personalized service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Customer service oriented, able to multi-task, detail oriented, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts via cleaning and routine maintenance, coordinating with Engineering when needed.
• Engage guests with friendly, appropriate expressions and assistance.
• Supervise bell staff and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Assist in restaurant and limousine reservations for guests.
• Deliver parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guestrooms.
• Keep bell storage closet clean and organized.
• Follow up on guest complaints to resolve issues.
