Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan, is seeking a vibrant Bellperson to join our luxury team. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions to ensure a warm, memorable stay.

This role offers a dynamic and rewarding hospitality environment. You will escort guests to their rooms, deliver messages and packages, coordinate transportation, and help maintain a polished lobby.

Formación

• One year of guest services/bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining features and facilities.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs to ensure a memorable stay.
