Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain features, and orient to hotel services.
• Deliver messages, packages, or room service items discreetly and promptly.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs including taxis and hotel vehicles.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and services.
• Assist with group arrivals, departures, and event logistics.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Uphold grooming, uniform, and behavioral standards at all times.
