Job summary

Tempur Sealy seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products. The role may involve stepping into management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening/closing and related tasks.

Responsibilities include leading the sales process, upholding brand standards, mentoring team members, merchandising, and executing company programs to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' retail experience with high-end luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Flexibility in work schedule according to store hours.
• Fluency with current retail software/computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, appearance, policies, and brand.
• Continue to perform Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
