Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for Tempur-Pedic products in our store. You will act as a key member of the store team, supporting the Store Manager and representing the Tempur Sealy brand through professional, knowledgeable service.

The role involves assisting with merchandising, executing company programs, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ retail experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead and train others in-store.
• Proficient with current retail software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining store performance.
• Provide leadership across the sales process and ensure professional appearance.
• Support Store Manager with merchandising and company programs.
• Resolve issues within the sales team and escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
