Job summary

Tempur Sealy International in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster products. You will support store operations, merchandising and cover management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to lead and train others while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience with high-end products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Stand for long periods; lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, and maintain brand standards.
• Continue to perform all Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at a high level.
• Assist Store Manager with merchandising and company programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
