Job summary

Tempur Sealy, a leading designer, manufacturer, distributor and retailer of bedding products, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at the store level. You will support the Store Manager and help maintain Tempur Sealy’s brand standards across merchandising and customer interactions.

You will lead by example in a consultative selling environment, contribute to team training, and adapt to store hours while supporting our suite of premium brands.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ retail experience with luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Flexible schedule to match store hours.
• Fluency with current retail software / computer systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and in maintaining Tempur Sealy’s brand.
• Continue to perform all the Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
