Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Miami seeks a full-time Manager, Retail Education for Travel Retail Americas. Based at the Miami regional corporate office, you will design and deliver fragrance, makeup, and skincare training for Parfums Christian Dior and related brands, coordinating content, translations, and events.

You will plan launches, inductions, and regional seminars, travel up to 70% locally and internationally, and work with retail teams and partners to ensure brand messaging remains

Qualifications

• Must have strong English and ability to communicate training content clearly.
• 3–5 years of related experience; at least 2 years in education/training.
• Familiarity with luxury beauty brands and product storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver fragrance, makeup, and skincare training for travel-retail teams.
• Coordinate launches, inductions, regional seminars, and events.
• Support content creation, translations, and proofreading of training materials.
• Plan training logistics, materials, and follow-up documentation.
• Travel locally and internationally up to 60–70%.
• Collaborate with retail teams and partner maisons to maintain brand consistency across markets.
