Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Miami seeks a Retail Education Manager to coordinate comprehensive training across fragrance, makeup, and skincare for North America, with flexibility to support LATAM events. Proficiency in English (second/third language a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally up to 60-70%.
3–5 years of experience; 2+ years in education or training preferred.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong understanding of beauty and luxury industry; credentials from other beauty brands a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and tailor skincare, fragrance, and makeup training programs.
Conduct in-class and in-store training sessions and demonstrate Dior techniques.
Manage end-to-end training event logistics, including travel and budget adherence.
Coordinate credential requests and support regional seminars and Go-To-Market events.
Assist content creation, translations, and proofreading for sessions.
