Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an Education Manager to bring Dior’s House of Dreams to life across the Southwest/Los Angeles market. You will lead luxury education, elevate service excellence, and steward brand storytelling for fragrance, makeup, and skincare to drive desirability and business performance.

The role partners with sales teams and reports to the Regional Sales Director, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver targeted training solutions that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury retail fragrance and beauty.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and client experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to develop talent and coach teams to increase performance.
• Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners.
• Experience across multiple retail channels including department stores and specialty retailers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of Dior retail education across fragrance, makeup, and skincare for the Southwest/Los Angeles territory.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training focused on savoir-faire, hospitality, service, and selling.
• Bring Dior heritage, creativity, and product knowledge to life for authentic client engagement.
• Maintain expertise across Dior fragrance and beauty portfolio and be a trusted resource for partners.
• Drive education to support launches and retail initiatives.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing development for beauty consultants and partners.
• Support education across Dior Boutiques, department stores, Sephora, and Ulta.
