• Proficiency in English (second/third language a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70% locally and internationally.
• 3–5 years of experience; at least two years in education/training.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of luxury beauty industry preferred.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct training programs for fragrance, makeup, and skincare across North America with flexibility for Latin America.
• Lead in-class and in-store training sessions with a hands-on approach and demos at POS.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for training events including budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Support the Retail & Training team in regional seminars and go-to-market activities.
