Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an Education Manager for Atlanta & North Florida. You will lead Dior retail education across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, delivering classroom, virtual, and in-store training to elevate service, storytelling, and client engagement.

You will partner with sales leadership to align education with business goals and support launches while traveling up to 50% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury retail fragrance and beauty.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) to support training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Dior retail education across fragrance, makeup, and skincare for the Atlanta/North Florida territory.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training focused on savoir-faire, hospitality, service, and selling.
• Bring Dior’s heritage, creativity, and product innovation to life, enabling teams to communicate brand storytelling with every client.
• Maintain expertise across Dior fragrance and beauty portfolio and serve as a trusted resource for retail partners.
• Drive education to support launches and key retail initiatives; onboard beauty consultants and partners to ensure consistent standards across the territory.
• Partner with Account Executives and the Regional Sales Director to align education plans with business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps, and adapt plans; share insights with regional and corporate teams.
