Parfums Christian Dior in Miami is seeking a Regional Trainer to coordinate and conduct comprehensive training programs for fragrance, makeup, and skincare, with a focus on North America and support for Latin America events.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in education or training, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in English. Willingness to travel up to 60–70% and experience in beauty or luxury brands is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in education or training.
• Based in the Miami regional corporate office.
• Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally.
• Experience in the beauty and luxury industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive training programs for fragrance, makeup, and skincare for North America, with support for Latin America events.
• Provide back-office support and participate in sell-out events and promotional activities.
