Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods; physically able to perform tasks described in role.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional, customer-centric service.
• Build strong client relationships and leverage product knowledge to drive brand growth.
• Provide coaching on clienteling tools for personalized follow-ups and experiences.
• Lead by example in delivering service and creating lasting connections with beauty customers.
• Use selling techniques that prioritize client needs and elevate experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics daily to annually; plan and execute business-driving events.
• Oversee stock presentation, organization, and replenishment for premium shopping.
