Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to support La Prairie cosmetics at a flagship counter in Boston. You will provide personalized customer service, perform product consultations, and drive sales while nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining an engaging counter, and coordinating with store teams. Strong makeup consultation skills and clienteling software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and ability to learn clienteling software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised counter.
• Coordinate with the brand account executive and store team.
