The Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized service and build sales for the La Prairie line in our Tysons counter. You will cultivate relationships, demonstrate products, and ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised experience for every guest.

You will use clienteling tools to record preferences, meet sales goals, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced luxury cosmetics environment, maintaining brand standards and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail cosmetics experience preferred
• Proven sales success, including meeting quotas
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and use online clienteling tools
