Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales success and ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Capability to provide professional makeup consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and multitasking.
• Experience using online clienteling tools and working independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product, makeup, and treatment consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and follow up with clients.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards while delivering a polished sales experience.
