Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a La Mer brand expert to provide personalized beauty consultations and top-notch customer service at our Boston counter. You will build lasting client relationships, help clients discover appropriate products, and strive to achieve sales goals in a welcoming, well-merchandised environment.

Qualifications

At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated sales success, including the ability to exceed quota.

Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.

Responsibilities
