Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships in our Florida cosmetics department. You will drive personal sales, maintain an inviting counter, and participate in in-house trainings and events.

Under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will leverage Saks clienteling tools to grow your own business, close sales, and uphold Saks standards with a polished appearance and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to learn and use Saks clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Drive individual and vendor sales through consultative beauty advice.
• Maintain a polished, inviting counter and brands imagery.
• Close sales and professionally guide customers from greeting to purchase.
• Record client preferences using clienteling system to personalize service.
• Collaborate with team and Account Executive to achieve department goals.
