Brobston Group is looking for a Beauty Advisor in Orlando to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales for the La Mer line and building lasting client relationships through personalized consultations.

You will provide expert product guidance, use clienteling tools to record preferences, and ensure a welcoming counter from first contact to sale and follow-up. This role requires teamwork in a fast-paced cosmetics environment and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and software.
