Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales performance and quota achievement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use Neiman Marcus clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Work to achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by building relationships as brand expert.
• Act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Keep counter tidy and welcoming for customers.
