The role involves training, in-house events, and maintaining a merchandised counter while using the clienteling system to grow your personal business and client base.

Qualifications

• Experience using Neiman Marcus clienteling system and digital store tools.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently for remote vs. in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel & fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
