Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and drive cosmetics sales. You will work with the Cosmetics Selling Manager to maintain a merchandised counter, close retail sales, and develop vendor line sales volumes using clienteling tools.

The role focuses on customer experience, multitasking in a fast-paced team, and professional makeup consultation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Successful sales performance and quota attainment.
• Ability to learn and use Neiman Marcus clienteling tools.
• Team-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Focus on achieving individual and vendor sales goals and event targets.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and Account Executive.
• Utilize clienteling to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to sale closing and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
