• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience with quota achievement.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Saks clienteling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships as the brand ambassador.
• Aim for above-target individual and vendor line sales and event goals.
• Deliver exceptional service and close sales while maintaining counter standards.
• Maintain a positive image as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record client information and preferences using Saks clienteling system.
• Guide customers from approach to application to sale closure and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, well merchandised, and welcoming.
