Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is a leading luxury retailer seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding service, build relationships with clients, and drive cosmetics sales. Under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will manage counter presentation and participate in in-house training and events to grow the business.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, learning Saks clienteling tools and applying product knowledge to recommend looks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Learn and utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling tools and software

Responsibilities

• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank)
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals
• Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by building relationships as the brand expert
• Maintain counter standards and a welcoming selling area
• Utilize clienteling resource tools to record client information and preferences to drive business
