Neiman Marcus in Florida seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive cosmetics sales, and build lasting client relationships. Under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you’ll merchandise a counter, participate in training, and use our clienteling system to close sales.

The role requires at least one year of retail cosmetics experience, proven sales success, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, cosmetics environment.
• Proven sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor sales goals, event sales goals, and department goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and develop strong customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information to drive business using clienteling tools.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
