Job summary

The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, MT is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a Forbes Five-Star setting. You will craft cocktails, maintain a polished bar, and engage guests with thoughtful recommendations.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience, a valid TIPS certificate, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to stand long hours, work weekends, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume or luxury settings.
• Valid TIPS or equivalent certification required.
• Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, beers.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs; flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized bar and sanitation.
• Interact with guests, take orders, make recommendations.
• Collaborate with F&B team for seamless service.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Process payments and operate POS systems.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Bar Manager.
