Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a Bartender. This role is vital for providing exceptional service to guests and involves working within a collaborative culinary and service team. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, and gathering guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5* upmarket resort would be an advantage but not a requirement.
• Workplace training from within a high-standard hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and customer-focused service to guests.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of all Food & Beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and procedures.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices

At least 2 years’ experience at a similar level

Montana state approved TIPS certification

Food Handler's certification
