Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous bellman experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred, luxury setting ideal.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and escort to accommodations.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Maintain knowledge of Ranch features, services, and hours.
• Assist with parking procedures and vehicle management.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Handle guest requests with efficiency and discretion.
• Ensure safety and security of vehicles and property.
• Keep vehicles clean and well presented.
