Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver luxury service in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. You will demonstrate expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, assist with stock, and ensure compliance with local alcohol laws.

Fluency in English and Spanish, 2+ years in a luxury hotel/bar, and excellent presentation are required. This on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, complimentary staff meals, and opportunities to participate in signature

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar setting.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails including origin, taste and preparation methods.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service according to established recipes and laws.
• Confirm guest orders, check accuracy, and anticipate guest needs.
