Four Seasons at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a skilled bartender to deliver premium beverage service to hotel guests and servers. You will have a complete working knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of bartending experience, strong wine and drink knowledge, and the ability to handle cash and card transactions with polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years bartending or related hospitality experience.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of drinks.
• Cash handling and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per menu and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders with lounge server and check against original order.
• Take orders from bar guests, describe items, and maintain knowledge of beverages.
• Serve bar food with the same knowledge as beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond to concerns.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
