Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Lobby Bar Server for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will deliver timely beverage and food service across bar, lounge, pool, and resort areas, while providing attentive guest experiences in a world-class property on the Puerto Rico coast.

Ideal candidates have beverage/restaurant experience, strong communication and sales skills, and knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Qualifications

• Previous beverage or restaurant service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge and greet guests in the assigned service area.
• Present beverage menus and explain cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and available food offerings.
• Make recommendations and actively promote premium and signature beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
• Deliver beverages using appropriate glassware, garnishes, and presentation standards.
• Maintain awareness of guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices at all times.
• Process all guest checks and payments accurately.
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned based on business needs and training.
