Qualifications

Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
Strong cash‑handling and POS skills.
Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

Prepare cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes, specifications, portions, and presentation standards.
Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and promotions.
Provide recommendations and promote premium offerings.
Greet and serve bar guests professionally and efficiently.
Enter transactions into the POS system and process payments.
