Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality with genuine connections. You will greet guests, craft cocktails to spec, and ensure timely service in a lively resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
• Strong cash-handling and POS skills.
• Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages per approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, menus, promotions, and featured products.
• Greet guests and serve bar guests professionally and efficiently.
• Enter transactions into the POS and process payments.
• Follow established procedures for comps, voids, spills, and discounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, glassware, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with Barbacks, Servers, and Kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and training.
