Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop the bar team to standards.
• Maintain a visible guest-facing presence and handle guest concerns.
• Bring expertise in wine and spirits to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Director of F&B and culinary team on menus.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling and budgeting.
• Monitor outlet conditions and equipment; propose improvements.
• Attend operational meetings for cross-department coordination.
