HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly bartender to serve guests, mix and present drinks, and maintain bar stock. You will greet patrons, take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure compliance with alcohol service rules. This role demands accurate cash handling, POS operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience and guest communication are essential.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Garnish prep, drink preparation and stock control.
• Ability to operate POS and maintain clean workstation.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Maintains bar setup and stocking of beverages and supplies.
• Prepares garnishes and maintains freshness of fruits and perishables.
• Greeting guests, taking orders, mixing and presenting drinks.
• Adheres to all state, federal and company alcohol serving requirements.
• Processes orders at the POS, balances cash, and documents charges.
• Ensures equipment and stock are properly stored and secured.
