HHM Hotels is hiring a bartender to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain bar operations. You will prepare beverages, verify customer ages, and handle payments while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior bartending or mixology experience, with a TIPS certification a plus; a Food Sanitation certificate within 90 days is required. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• High school diploma preferred; Food Sanitation certificate required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders where applicable, and process payment.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Complete required side work before shift end.
