Qualifications

• Hotel or bar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate bar setup daily, stock and requisition supplies.
• Maintains stock of garnishes, fruits, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests, take and present drink orders using recipes.
• Comply with state, federal and corporate alcohol service rules.
• Enter orders at POS and balance checks and charges.
• Handle cash, make change, and balance register.
