Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Handle a POS system accurately.
• Full knowledge of state liquor laws.
• Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Adapt communication to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Hospitably greet, prepare and serve drinks to guests according to HEI standards.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate alcohol-serving guidelines.
• Prepare station for opening and closing shifts.
• Follow cash handling and banking procedures.
• Perform side work according to schedule.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
