Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and experience align with managerial food & beverage operations.
• Bachelor’s in hotel/restaurant mgmt or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in full‑service restaurant or group dining; 3 years in leadership.
• Strong computer skills with Delphi, Meeting Matrix, POS, purchasing and time-keeping software; MS Office.
• Experience in planning and project management; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of union and non‑union environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of group dining events and F&B service.
• Manages staffing, labor, inventory, and guest service to high standards.
• Ensures adherence to Encore standards and department policies.
• Drives department strategy and aligns with overall Encore goals.
• Hires, evaluates, and engages staff; provides training and feedback.
• Maintains safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction across the department.
• Facilitates interdepartmental communication and regular team meetings.
• Addresses guest and team member issues professionally and promptly.
• Promotes positive relations and upholds Encore brand ambassadors.
• Prepares reports and monitors performance metrics.
